Reiki, a Japanese healing technique, was developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. Reiki recognizes the power of our life force energy, also known as Chi and Prana. Thie powerful practice involves channeling universal life force energy for the purpose of healing.
Reiki recognizes that energy plays a vital role in our well-being. Disharmony can manifest as stress, fatigue, or even physical pain. When your energy is in harmony, you feel balanced and aligned.
Distance Reiki transcends physical boundaries, channeling healing energy to restore balance and promote harmony in your mind, body, and spirit.
Sessions are conducted virtually. Before your scheduled appointment, you'll receive a Zoom link to join the virtual session.
Energy is not confined by physical boundaries, meaning that the healing energy of Reiki can be sent and received regardless of physical proximity.
During a virtual or distance Reiki session, the practitioner connects with your energy field using intention, visualization, and specific Reiki techniques, allowing the healing energy to flow to you wherever you are.
Distance Reiki offers the same benefits as an in-person session, providing a calming and rejuvenating experience that supports your overall well-being.
It's recommended to find a place where you can relax in a quiet and comfortable space, where you will not be disturbed. It's recommended that you lie down, sit in a chair, or find a position that will be comfortable for you to relax and receive energy.
In the session, you'll imagine allowing the energy to flow to where it’s most needed and trust it is flowing to the right spaces in your physical, emotional, and energetic body.
Many clients report feeling sensations of warmth, relaxation, or emotional release, as the Reiki works to dissolve energetic blocks, restore alignment., and attune your energy to a higher vibration.
