Client Testimonial Agreement and Release

I hereby acknowledge and agree that by partially completing or fully completing the testimonial form below and submitting, either partially or completely, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following: 

 I understand that my testimonial regarding the services provided by Stephanie Moberg, including but not limited to coaching, reiki, intuitive sessions, and former therapy services, is given voluntarily and without any coercion or undue influence.

I grant Stephanie Moberg the irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, and distribute my testimonial, including my name, likeness, and any other identifying information provided by me, for the purpose of marketing and promoting Stephanie Moberg's services. 

I understand that my testimonial may be used in various formats, including but not limited to, on Stephanie Moberg's website, social media platforms, printed materials, and other marketing channels. 

I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of my testimonial. 

I permit Stephanie Moberg to edit, modify, or alter my testimonial for clarity and brevity, provided that the meaning and context of my words are not changed. 

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my testimonial appears, and I agree that I have no right to make any claim for defamation, invasion of privacy, or any other cause of action arising out of the use of my testimonial. 

I acknowledge that Stephanie Moberg will have full ownership and rights to my testimonial once submitted and that Stephanie Moberg may transfer or assign these rights as needed.
